Perspective is Key

Having been divorced, I can empathize with the anguish and pain suffered when facing an unwanted divorce.  I always aim to make this unpleasant process go as quickly and as smoothly as I can so as to mitigate your suffering .

My husband has two children from a previous marriage & we have a child in common, so I understand the difficulties in living in a blended family, and the challenges that can be faced.  This perspective assists me in fulfilling my role as an Attorney and Counselor at Law.

I have over 20 years of experience litigating Family Court matters in several counties in front of numerous Judges.  I have handled countless Family Court matters with varying legal complexities. You can trust me to competently, professionally, and respectfully handle your legal matters.

I have negotiated and resolved many legal matters to client satisfaction over the years.  Though virtually impossible to always get 100% of everything that every client is seeking when litigating family law issues, I strive to have clients who are 100% satisfied with the representation that I've provided them.

Unfortunately, not every case can be resolved between the parties.  Some matters need to proceed to a Trial to have a Judge determine what they believe is best for the Family.  I have 20+ years of  Family Court Trial experience .  If your case cannot be resolved, my experience will guide you through to the end.

I have developed a skill for evaluating legal matters to determine which are best suited to litigate and which are not.  My clients benefit from being prepared to decide, in advance, whether they are willing to proceed in a fashion that I predict may be required.  Informed consent & education is paramount to successfully navigate through any legal endeavor.
